American Horror Story To Reinvent Itself

american-horror-story-freak-show-image1If you’ve been watching American Horror Story: Freak Show, then you know the FX series is getting bit stale. It’s a bit unfortunate as the first three seasons were pretty damn spectacular – but it’s clear something’s broken, which means it’s time to fix it.

FX Networks CEO John Landgraf tells TVLine Sunday at the Television Critics Association winter press tour changes are coming, alerting us to internal debate over the direction of the Ryan Murphy-created anthology series. American Horror Story Reveals Season 4 Title/Cast

Freaks1We told you last week that the upcoming fourth season of American Horror Story would follow a traveling circus in the 1950’s. We are now able to confirm that new new season will be titled American Horror Story: Freak Show, and the shows producers have stated, season 4 will move away from the light-hearted (lack of) horror of Coven, and return to the much darker stylings of Asylum.
