Jorge and I have had some VERY heated discussions about Guillermo Del Toro films (mainly how Pan’s Labyrinth can go get punched in the dick), but we’re both stoked because Dark Horse Comics, in partnership with Twentieth Century Fox Consumer Products: announced an upcoming project based on this year’s highly anticipated film from Fox Animation Studios, the Del Toro produced, The Book of Life. The film is directed by Jorge R. Gutierrez, and follows a love story set during a Day of the Dead celebration in Mexico.
