Welcome, to the first time this year we’ll be squabbling about yet another Stephen King remake! This time around, we’ll be discussing the brand new remake of 1989’s Pet Sematary. Ep207: Us – WGT

Whether you love him, or you hate him, there’s no denying that Jordan Peele is currently one of, if not the biggest name in horror cinema. Hot on the heels of his 2017 breakout hit Get Out, Peele is back with his sophomore effort Us. Has Jordan Peele managed to once again capture lightning in a bottle, or has the comedian turned horror director fallen victim to the dreaded sophomore slump? (Review starts at 41:30)

In order to prepare for the filming of Us, Jordan Peele had his stars watch a series of genre defining horror, so that they may fully understand what he expected of them. Likewise, we prepared for this episode, we drank… a lot.
