Ep 124: August Underground – WGT

When we first started this show, Matt had intended for the show to be a platform to introduce people to the really depraved horror films they had most likely never heard of. While we may have shifted the focus of the show to a slightly more digestible format, Matt  and our pal Danny are constantly trying to sneak one of these films into the Who Goes There review schedule; this is one of those episodes.

Be forewarned, some of you delicate types may be “triggered” by some of the content of this week’s discussion. This film is obscenity in a nutshell. This little piece of cinema has enough nudity, blood, guts, fecal material, assault, abuse, and murder to make almost anyone feel like they need a scalding hot shower. Is this film a despicable piece of trash that should never see the light of day? Or is it possible that this blood soaked 71 minutes could be an important piece of horror history? This, is August Underground.

Ep 123: Castlevania – WGT

Boys and girls, the time has finally come! The long awaited Castlevania anime adaptation has finally hit Netflix! As long time fans of the video game series we are pleased as punch to see the Belmonts kicking undead ass!

This week we recorded live at Thr3e Punk Ales Brewery in Chula Vista, and due to an unforeseen scheduling conflict Chris had to miss the show, but fear not! Filling in this week we’re joined again by Steve Garcia from Thr3e Punk Ales, and the always wonderful and greatly missed Alia sat in for the first time in forever! This is a shorter episode, where we barely talk about anything other than licking our own assholes, literally.

Ep 115: We Are The Flesh – WGT

Guys, I’m kind of worried that we may be…maturing. For the last four weeks we’ve had very serious conversations about very serious movies, and this week the movie is in Spanish. What the actual fuck?

In a last minute decision, (maybe we’re not maturing after all) we chose to do the 2016, Shudder exclusive We Are The Flesh. Without giving too much away, we had no idea that we were in for an unnerving, hyper sexual, mind fuck of a journey.

In addition to, whatever this film was, we talk about bloodshed at the ballpark, nightmares of the minuscule variety, penises, vaginas, and all that kinda thing.
