Earlier this month, indie developer Scott Cawthon confirmed the potentially imminent return of Freddy Fazbear and Friends with the very first teaser image (left) for Five Nights at Freddy’s 3, and now we have another. As far as I can tell, the latest image doesn’t reveal much. In it, we see a box of animatronic parts resting beneath a giant 3. Pretty straightforward.

American Horror Story To Reinvent Itself
If you’ve been watching American Horror Story: Freak Show, then you know the FX series is getting bit stale. It’s a bit unfortunate as the first three seasons were pretty damn spectacular – but it’s clear something’s broken, which means it’s time to fix it.
FX Networks CEO John Landgraf tells TVLine Sunday at the Television Critics Association winter press tour changes are coming, alerting us to internal debate over the direction of the Ryan Murphy-created anthology series. He also knows what the arc is for the fifth season, (presumably) returning this October. Continue reading

Idiot Teacher Convicted of Felonies For Showing ABC’s of Death
A former Columbus City Schools substitute teacher was convicted this morning of four felony counts of disseminating matter harmful to juveniles, reports The Columbus Dispatch.
The madness began when a substitute teacher showed Drafthouse Films and Magnet Releasing’s The ABCs of Death to several Spanish classes at East High School in Columbus, Ohio. She claims she did not watch the movie prior to showing the classes, and thought the film was in Spanish. The best part is: she claims she had her back turned each time she showed the film, and was unaware of what was on the screen. I hope she actually got convicted of being a fuckin idiot. Surprise Surprise, The Ring To Get Reboot
It seems like the only news I’m posting right now is about remakes, reboots and re-imaginings, and this post will be no different.
TheWrap is reporting that casting is underway on Rings, which is the latest installment in The Ring franchise.
“Rings” is also the name of the short – directed by TCM 2 and TMNTs’ Jonathan Liebesman – that accompanied the purchase of The Ring 2 on home video in 2005. Continue reading
Hannibal Season 3 Pushed Back To Summer
While previous seasons of Hannibal have debuted amongst the cold embrace of late winter or early spring, this summer will see the return of the gore soaked gothic drama. NBC network entertainment chairman Robert Greenblatt confirmed Friday.
Presumably because Will and Hannibal will have a hot oil wrestling match in the bright hot sun, of course this will be the rematch of the summer. Continue reading
