Ep248: The Faculty – WGT

Hey there, dummies. This week we decided we wanted to do a little something different. In an attempt to avoid falling into a downward spiral of sad January box office releases we are doing something a bit older. We’re gonna go back in time! That’s right, Slappy! Good ole’ Jorge is picking this week’s movie, and you know what that means, baggy pants, terrible hair, and the best god damned soundtrack imaginable!

Join us, all the way back in 1998. It was a more simple time when Elijah Wood was just a baby, it was acceptable to put Harry Knowles in your movie, and relationship abuse was all the rage. That’s right, we watched The Faculty (Review at 34:48). Dust off your favorite 311 shirt, bust out that chain wallet and puka shell necklace, this shit is gonna be tight.

Who Goes There Podcast Episode 50 – Cooties and Green Inferno

PhotoGrid_1444197386224In the immortal words of Jack Burton, “Holy shit we made it!” Welcome to episode 50, kiddos! It’s been a long time coming but here it is, in all of it’s unplanned, unprepared glory. We take a trip down memory lane, Matt introduces yet another nickname for himself, we explore our different tastes in horror, then…oh boy…then shit gets crazy.

We take a look at not one, but TWO films; you lucky duckies. We talk about the new Elijah Wood comedy horror Cooties, because it’s been way too long since we’ve done an Elijah film, and then we get in to the film we’ve been waiting years for: Eli Roth’s Green Inferno. As if this wasn’t enough, friend of the podcast Lauren Ashley Carter gives us the greatest gift we could have ever hoped for! The pit wants what the pit wants, it’s the Who Goes There Podcast episode fu-fu-fu 50!

Who Goes There?! Podcast Episode 16 – Gettin Shitty w/ ThreeBZine

Three B ZineHello there chiiiiiildren! We took a different approach to the episode this week, we were having drinks with our buddy Cody from ThreeBZine.com. and decided “Hey! We’ve had tons of beers, why not do a podcast?!” So we did, and it’s amazing. We don’t do a movie review this time around. Instead, we talk horror news, movies that have scared us, what we want from horror movies, and a lot more. Find out why Jorge feels guilty for banging weenie, what Matt is actually good for, and all kinds of other dumb shit you’ll lose brain cells hearing. Tune in next time when we still do whatever we want; because in a land of crap, we’re the shit!

Who Goes There?! Podcast Episode 15 – Paranormal Activity: The Marked Ones

Paranormal Activity The Marked OnesIt is my unfortunate duty to report; despite making it through 2013 without a Paranormal Activity film, this year we will have not one, but two. Armed with this knowledge, and a massive hangover from Three Kings Day, we take a look at Paranormal Activity: The Marked Ones (Cheech’s Revenge). We all know the best way to revive a dying franchise is to give it an overly ethnic spinoff. So come along as we kick this shit off like gang busters! You’ll find out what tequilla no real Mexican drinks, learn all about “squaxing”, catch a sneak peak at the new “Call of Duty: Witches” and find out why Mikey is the most white Mexican you’ve never met. Put on your boots, boys and girls, we’re layin it on thick! It’s the Who Goes There?! Podcast. Tune in next time when we talk about “Here Comes The Devil” with special guest Lauren Ashley Carter!

Or if you just want to know why Jorge’s hands are sticky, listen in, and enjoy episode 14.
